How does Digital Signage work?
With the digital signage feature of the Resident Experience tool, your care home’s marketing team can use the platform to broadcast information across your communities. This allows you to let residents and their families know about your latest updates and upcoming events.
With Digital Signage, you can pre-set content to automatically display information about your community. You can also create custom content or display content created with the Creator. The Content Creator is a tool within StaffHub that you can use to create clear and beautiful designs. It gives your care home the choice to automatically pull information about your community, such as menus, events or birthdays, and make them part of your designs.

The Resident Experience tool has full integration with Canva, so if you’re already using Canva to create your content, you can carry on using it seamlessly and then export it to the Resident Experience tool, which then enables it to be published on Digital Signage – there is no duplication of work at all!
If you don’t already use Canva, you can still create your own content by using the Content Creator feature.
The Content Creator allows you to get creative with the design but also has a feature that allows you to create automated content pulled directly from the Resident Experience tool. This means you only need to create a page once, and it’ll update automatically on its own, always reflecting the edits or changes you make elsewhere on the platform.
